I love spicy food. Without hot sauce, I probably wouldn’t eat.
Depending if you are into fresh peppers, sauces, or extracts, there are many ways to add heat to a dish. Since I’m always cooking for others, most of my heat has to be added after cooking, with the rare exception being a special sauce I make every New Year’s Eve to scare the guests.
We have tested several hot sauces and offer the results to you. These, of course, are our own humble opinions, and we are always open to hearing your opinions on new sauces to try.
