D.L. Jardine’s Texas Kicker

I picked this one up on a recent trip to Dallas, Texas. Texas Kicker has a rather thick consistency and pretty decent heat that’s balanced with good flavor. The flavor of the habaneros are well fortified, and the sauce finishes nicely. Texas Kicker makes for a good all around table condiment.
