I was stuck in a hotel outside of Nashville, TN when I came across this sauce. Usually I pack my own, but in my rush to get out of town I forgot my normal stash. Interestingly, the hotel gift shop happened to have a couple sauces on its shelves including The Beast.. Like Dave’s Insanity Sauce, The Beast also uses pepper extracts. The result is a fiery sauce with a nice flavor. This one is worth a try.
Great on pizza, in chili, and for making hotel box-lunch sandwiches edible.
